There are plenty of festive events happening across Seattle this week, from the final days of the Christmas Market to Winterfest favorites and holiday traditions around the city.
Seattle Christmas Market
The Seattle Christmas Market is ending on the 24th. If you haven’t gone to see it yet, be sure to stop by. Located in Seattle Center, this Bavarian themed event is full of activities including:
Festive drinks - Hot chocolate, apple cider, beer and wine
20+ food stalls - Large variety of European dinners, desserts, and drinks
40+ market stalls - Snacks, decorations, clothing and more
A free carousel for the kids
There’s something for everyone here at the market. Fun for adults and kids!
Other Winterfest events
Outside of the Chrismas market, Seattle Center’s Winterfest is also winding down. There’s still several events available:
Symetra Movie Night in the Armory
December 26, 6:30pm: Free holiday movie night featuring Disney’s FrozenWinter Train and Village in the Armory
Daily, 10:00am - 6:00pm: A nearly 50-year tradition with an expansive village, scavenger hunt, and interactive train displaysThe Nutcracker at McCaw Hall
Daily, excluding the 25th, various times: Pacific Northwest Ballet performs the seasonal classic through the 28th - seats are limitedIce Sculpting outside the Armory (Mural Amphitheater)
December 27, 12:00pm: Watch artists carve intricate ice sculptures live

Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons Candlelight Concert at Arctic Club Hotel
Multiple dates starting January 9, 2026 (ages 8+): A 60 minute concert featuring all four movements of the Four Seasons suite as well as a few other pieces. A great opportunity for a date night out.
